After running religious trauma groups for over four years, I've pulled together the feedback from those groups to offer insights into themes of those with Religious Trauma, challenges offering a group can bring and opportunities that a group also offers.

This workshop will go over the themes presented within religious trauma, including its definition, causes, and manifestations. Participants will learn to identify the emotional, psychological, and spiritual impacts of religious trauma on individuals.
